YOUR TEACHERS

The retreat will be hosted by the Yoga and Meditation Teachers Nina-Gyana, and Yasmin the founders of Yoga del Mar. Yasmin and Nina-Gyana will guide you through twice-daily transformative yoga practices, including Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Mantra chanting, Breathwork and Active Meditations. This will be a unique opportunity to deepen your practice, release old patterns, and embody the energy of freedom.

Each meal is a masterpiece— created by the private chef Chris, the Conscious Cook, who will nourish you with delicious, healthy, plant-based dishes that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free. We offer a variety of room options, from private rooms with garden and beachfront views, to the Treehouse, Bali Hut, Maroccan Tent, and the shared Community Loft. The best rooms go on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait!

Thai Yoga Massage is a sacred dance, a meditation in movement, as touch happens out of a state of presence, connection and metta - loving kindness. Experience a warm and embracing energy Massage, that can make you feel held, nurtured and grounded. Thai Yoga Massage is a holistic treatment that stimulates the energy lines and acupressure points in your body. It supports you to tap into your own healing journey and gives you a feeling of peace, vitality, and balance. The Massage is carried out with clothes and on the ground.

Somatic Rebalance Method

A poetic, transformational approach to massage and bodywork that seamlessly integrates a variety of Eastern and Western modalities into a single, cohesive practice. This synergistic blend works holistically on all bodily systems—from the lymphatic and vascular to the nervous system, muscular chains, and myofascial network. When combined with Christopher’s meditative touch, precision, and depth, this practice becomes a truly unique, potent, and sensorial somatic journey—one that invites tranquility, release and rebalance.

URBAN RETREAT IN MALLORCA

You want to create your own Yoga Retreat in Mallorca, that suit your personal agenda? We offer at Yoga del Mar an Urban Retreat that you can book anytime. Enjoy a week with daily Yoga Classes, Meditation, Sound Bath, Massages and more. Our Yoga del Mar Studio is located right by the sea in Portixol, a former fishers village that has become the place to be. We practice Yoga in our lovely boutique style studio or on our outdoor platform with sea view. We are located only 5 min. drive from Palma center and are surrounded by lovely cafes, restaurants and a promenade for walking, running and enjoying the sunrise or sunset. Reset, recharge and take in the sun, energy and vibe of the island.

WHAT IS AN URBAN RETREAT?

We offer a wonderful program in our studio for you, so you can enjoy a holistic holiday, a special treatment for your body, mind and soul. All you need to do is to select a week that suits your time schedule and book your flight and accomodation. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our sanctuary.

You can find wonderful airbnb apartments in Portixol, Molinar, Can Pastilla and Palma, as well as hotels that are close by like the Portofino Hotel and the more luxurious Portixol Hotel. The Melia Palma Bay and Es Princep, are in walking or biking distance. The Nautic Hotel & Spa and Hotel Las Arenas in Can Pastilla are another option (20min by bike or 10min by car to the studio)
