The retreat will be hosted by the Yoga and Meditation Teachers Nina-Gyana, and Yasmin the founders of Yoga del Mar.

„We welcome you with an open heart and we are looking forward to sharing this one day retreat with you. Our intention is to create a safe space for you to explore, to connect, to open up and to let go. Knowing that you are held, safe and guided.“

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

After a welcome circle we will dive into a grounding Yoga Session, to get rooted in the body, to connect with the breath and to get the energy moving.

All levels are welcome. Yoga mats and props are available.

ACTIVE MEDITATION

Active Meditation helps you to get out of the mind and into a state of being. Special meditation techniques, movement and breathing help you to release stress and inner noises, so that you can enter a state of clarity and to relax in your center.

MUSIC CIRCLE - BHAKTI YOGA

🤍 Experience a Kirtan Music Circle with David Lurey. By singing mantras together we connect with the energy of the heart, and dive into a state of presence and clarity. You don't need any previous experience and you don't have to be "good at singing". This music circle is about community, joy and connection.

SOUL FOOD

Enjoy a vegetarian lunch with local and organic products and vegan cake, all prepared by Finca Son Mola Vell.
Organic juices and coffee, water & tea throughout the day.

RETREAT LOCATION

Being in nature helps us to ground, to connect and to recharge.

You’ll be joining us at Finca Son Mola Vell, a wonderful retreat location right in the heart of nature. You will be surrounded by the mind-opening views over an endless valley.

Nourish yourself in the sun, breathe in the fresh air, take a dip into the pool, relax in the serene outdoor spaces, find peace and quiet, and let the outer world pause for a moment to dive into your inner world.

We practice Yoga in our lovely boutique style studio or on our outdoor platform with sea view. We are located only 5 min. drive from Palma center and are surrounded by lovely cafes, restaurants and a promenade for walking, running and enjoying the sunrise or sunset. WHAT IS AN URBAN RETREAT?

We offer a wonderful program in our studio for you, so you can enjoy a holistic holiday, a special treatment for your body, mind and soul. All you need to do is to select a week that suits your time schedule and book your flight and accomodation. We are looking forward to welcoming you at our sanctuary.

You can find wonderful airbnb apartments in Portixol, Molinar, Can Pastilla and Palma, as well as hotels that are close by like the Portofino Hotel and the more luxurious Portixol Hotel. The Melia Palma Bay and Es Princep, are in walking or biking distance. The Nautic Hotel & Spa and Hotel Las Arenas in Can Pastilla are another option (20min by bike or 10min by car to the studio)
