The provider (respectively his webspace provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). Belong to the access data:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer url (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

Handling of personal data

Authoritative legal basis

Newsletter / MailChimp
With the newsletter we inform you about us and our offers.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information which allows us to check that you are the owner of the e-mail address given and that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to ensure that the newsletter is sent by mutual agreement, we use the so-called double-opt-in procedure. In the course of this procedure the potential recipient can be added to a distribution list. Subsequently, the user receives a confirmation e-mail to confirm the registration in a legally binding manner. The mail order service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interests according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and an order processing contract according to art. 28 para. 3 sentence 1 DSGVO.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of your data, your e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.
Cooperation with order processors and third parties

Fitogram booking system
We use the customer administration program "Fitogram PRO", of the provider Fitogram GmbH, Im Klapperhof 7- 23, 50670 Cologne, Germany, based on our legitimate interests (efficient and fast processing of course bookings and member administration). For this purpose we have concluded a contract with Fitogram with so-called standard contract clauses in which Fitogram undertakes to process user data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the EU data protection level.
