It is a powerful force when we come together in a circle to support, embrace, and inspire one another. Yoga del Mar regularly hosts Music Circles, Women's Circles, Full Moon Circles, as well as private Friendship Circles, Mama Blessing Ceremonys and a "Find your Mantra" Workshop.
CACAO CEREMONY
Shamanic ceremony with cacao from Guatemala.
Once a month you can experience the cacao ceremony in the Yoga del Mar studio led by the shaman Gerard Ros. Raw cacao has the effect of opening and expanding the heart so that you can connect with your inner nature and that of PachaMama. This ceremony is accompanied by instruments and healing chants.
It will help you to cleanse and balance your energies and connect you to a higher vibration.
WOMEN'S CIRCLE
Women’s circles are an ancient tradition that has been forgotten over time, but that is finding its way back into our society as human beings have a deep need for honest connection. We host monthly Women’s Circle at Yoga del Mar on different topics like - belonging, forgiveness, freedom and more.

FULL MOON CIRCLE
At every full moon time, we hold a full moon ceremony at Yoga del Mar to consciously use this magical time to let go of the old and create space for new intentions. Full moons are associated with the power of letting go, forgiveness, gratitude and new direction. Part of the full moon ceremony is meditation, rituals, drumming and more.

This circle is about gifting the bride-to-be with heartfelt wishes. With the help of rituals and symbols that give happiness to the bride-to-be, but also celebrate your friendship. Together we will delve into the meaning of friendship, the memories you share with each other, and we will create new wonderful moments of connection during this ceremony.
